Facilities at Botley Market Hall

We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.

We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

NB. Please note that the facility capacities shown are approximate and depend on the event.

Main Hall

The Main Hall can accommodate 120 guests seated and hire includes a well equipped modern kitchen, use of the stage equipped with lighting and a public address system and access to ladies, gents and disabled toilets as well as WiFi, which is available throughout the building. 

Activities Room

The Activity Room is a bright meeting space accommodating 30 seated guests and hire includes access to a small kitchenette with a hot water boiler, sink and fridge. There is also a stair lift serving this room from the ground floor.


The Hub is a small meeting room available on our ground floor suitable for one to one meetings or for hire as a co-working space. You can hire this space as an individual or group. Hire includes access to tea and coffee making facilities as well as ladies, gents and disabled toilets.
